Note: this issue was originally larger scope. But we can close this, now that we are using "V4 Planning" section in GSlides to track everything. Re-scoping this to just smart contracts, which had guided the issues here.

Is the stable coin task part of V4?

No, it's part of the cluster of work "frontend flexibility". (v4 = "backend flexibility)

not entirely sure what the purpose of this issue is as it links to issues which are not part of v4 milestone or claims things are done which are not ("Fix metadata complexity"). If we want to use this issue here then it needs to be constantly maintained (and please only GitHub links). Like, not a single mention of the market which gets the majority of all the work in the end. If we don't use it let's just close it
