Bookstore showcase app only works on AS7

[chkal]

We should modify the bookstore sample application so that it doesn't need a database any more. People are running into issues when trying to deploy the app on other containers because the app currently uses some JBoss/Hibernate specific stuff.

Fixed! The bookstore now uses a simple class containing testdata which is used by the DAOs to return the correct results. No more database required! :)
