dbに新しくemail_confirmとかを追加
emailがなくてもログインできるけど、emailが登録されたタイミングでemailに認証メール送信
認証先のURLは、別途用意（/email_confirm的な）
認証されるまで、emailでのログインは不可
認証されたら、forgetting的な処理を公開
