jTileDownloader snap package

This is the snapcraft tree to create a package of the jTileDownloader tool that allows you to download tiles from OpenStreetMap to use offline with your navigation software

An x86_64 binary snap is in the Ubuntu Snap Store and can be installed using

sudo snap install jtiledownloader

... on any system that supports snap packages.
