Reduce dependencies by making a copy of the stdlib Unpickler.

It can be stripped down more, but this is just a copy.

I verified the line count metrics improved

linecount-nativedeps: 145,353 down from 150K or so
linecount-pydeps: 27,754 down from 32K or so
