1. Definitions
“Licensed Work” means the source code and other content in this repository.
“You” means any person or entity accessing the Licensed Work.
“Production Use” means use to process real (non-test) data, or any use to provide a product or service to third parties (including hosting, SaaS, or internal systems relied on by end users other than for evaluation or testing).

Subject to this License, Licensor grants You a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
  (a) view and read the Licensed Work; and
  (b) compile and run **unmodified** copies locally solely for evaluation, security review, or internal testing.
No other rights are granted. No patent rights are granted.

  (c) create, modify, merge, or distribute derivative works;
  (d) remove or alter copyright, trademark, or attribution notices; or
  (e) use the Licensed Work to train models or datasets.

4. Feedback
If You provide feedback, You grant Licensor a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use it without restriction.

5. Reservation of Rights; Trademarks
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Licensor. Nothing in this License grants any rights in Licensor’s trademarks, service marks, names, or logos.

6. Term & Termination
This License terminates automatically if You breach it. Upon termination, You must cease all use and destroy any copies. Licensor may modify or replace this License for future versions at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE LICENSED WORK IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND.

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

9. Governing Law; Venue
This License is governed by the laws of Norway, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Venue and jurisdiction: Oslo, Norway.

10. Severability; No Waiver; Entire Agreement
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. This License is the entire agreement regarding the Licensed Work.
