Bring Federal Senate data to Jarbas #431
Description
What is the problem?
The serenata-toolbox already have data about federal senate, but we don't have it on jarbas.
How can this be addressed?
- Create Federal Senate app & Reimbursement model based on serenata-toolbox csv (Create federal senate app #430)
- Addapt Rosie to write directly on Jarbas database or write a script to import data from csv to jarbas like the one from chamber_of_deputies.
- Add this data to Jarbas Dashboard describing it with a AdminModel
- Define the search fields (if necessary use full text search and create a script to update the search vector)
- Define filters (django admin filters - year, category, state)
Who could help with this issue?
Someone who knows django and/or pandas.
