What is ABE?

ABE (Amorphous Blob of Events) is Olin's student-built store of information about Olin events. It enables the creation of digital experiences that share information about past, present, and upcoming events.

ABE was first created as part of the Olin Library's 2017 Summer of Software, responding to a community need for organizing and discovering events. Later, development was picked up by the Spring 2018 Hacking the Library class. It is under active development, and maintained by current Olin students and Faculty.

Questions? Concerns?

We love ABE, and we hope you do too. If you encounter any issues, or think of enhancements, please open a github issue. Better yet, if you want to take things into your own hands, take a look at our contribution guidelines, and dive right in!.
