Dunes (v1.0)

Dunes is a function sequencer for Monome Norns by @olivier

Inspired by spacetime, Dunes is a sequencer for the creation of emergent patterns, timbres and textures. Commands – assigned per step in the bottom row of the EDIT page – modulate sequence, engine and softcut parameters.

Sequence:

• < : Octave -

• - : Metro -
• + : Metro +
• P : New pattern
• N : New note (at step)
• ? : Jump to random step
• } : Forward direction
• { : Reverse direction
• M : Add rest (at step)

Engine:

• d : Decay -
• D : Decay +
• s : Wave shape -
• S : Wave shape +
• f : Wave folds -
• F : Wave folds +
• v : Reverb mix -
• V : Reverb mix +

Softcut:

• 1 : Random pan position (0.2 - 0.8)
• 2 : Multiply rate (forward)
• 3 : Multiply rate (reverse)
• 4 : Divide rate (forward)
• 5 : Divide rate (reverse)
