This issue tracks the progress of the adapter design for the eWallet to interact with the blockchain.

Some levels of preparation was already made and are already parts of the eWallet, i.e. how eWallet and LocalLedger are designed to be loosely coupled, interchangeable with other ledger implementation and asynchronous.

Note that the content of this issue is more of a scratchpad for collecting initial thoughts than an actual OIP. The actual OIP will be submitted as a pull request.
