It appears that the fiscal calendar is not correct for the month of June (at least). AppSales started the fiscal month on the 1st instead of the third.

Actually, AppSales has fiscal June starting a week early on May 27th instead of June 3rd.

I changed my reporting from fiscal to calendar months since it is closer to accurate, hence the error in my initial description.

The fix offered for issue #192 appears to fix this.
