This will limit the compiler version compatibility of the crate, but come on. What year is it?

Switch to 2018 edition. Fixes #14.

The on internals is very slight. Some minor tweaks to the module system.
This will, howerver, mean we have a much higher minimum rust version
than before. This should be noted in the readme.
