extend cinder storage and volume without wiping off data #943

lvextend will add size to existing one and extend it keeping data intact, that size should be difference between new_size and old_size
Conditions covered

  1. User can extend persistent volume if space is available on storage
  2. User can extend storage and can extend volume
  3. User now can change parameter from % to G and vice versa
  4. Replace storage doesn't do anything, so it will not allow user to change volume component too
