Add placeholders for Cadence 1.0 FT and NFT tutorials

Issue to be solved

We don't want any old cadence content confusing new developers because we want them to learn and use Cadence 1.0.
The tutorials are outdated, so we need to do something about that.

Suggest A Solution

• Update the hello world, resources, and capabilities tutorials to use Cadence 1.0
• Update the FT and NFT tutorials to point to the new standards and example tokens for seeing how tokens work in Cadence 1.0
• Hide the other tutorials
