This builds on the PR for #55 , part 1, which is the snippet parsing logic, to add an API method for
Oni.snippets.insertSnippet("foo{$1:test}bar"). There is some rudimentary placeholder / selection logic, leveragingselectmode, but still further work needed to handle navigating forward / back between placeholders robustly.
