How to create a survey

1. From the main screen click the "new survey" button
2. Fill in Name, Intro and Outro. Intro and outro accept html so you can beautify as much as you want.
3. Click "Create"
4. You will now be in edit mode, by default Surveys will be Anonymous.
5. There are a few options to select from. * "Not Anonymous", will prompt a user for their name and email address, email address is mandatory. * "Subject access only", subjects will have to enter their access code to fill out a survey
6. "Sections" this will lead you to the area to create "Sections" (or pages)
7. "Password Enable" allows you to set a password, after a password is enabled it can be disable the same way. This feature will prompt all users to provide password before filling out a survey
8. "Delete" incinerates the survey
