How to create questions

1. Browse your way into the "sections" area of your survey. Once you see a list of sections in your survey. Click the section name you want to add questions to.
2. You are now in section design mode. You have a few options that will be explained:

• Save order - Once you have questions added to your section you will be able to drag and drop the questions in the order you want. After you have the desired order. You will click "Save Order" button to save the changes.
• Expand - This will expand all the questions. By default the questions are minimized for easy sorting
• Add Question - This will open the question creation screen
• Done - Will go back to the section screen

3. Click the "Create Question" you will now be in the create question screen. Currently there is 4 question types:

• Free Form - usually in the form of a question and user is free to enter any text
• Multiple Choice Radio - This allows a user to select only one answer
• Multiple Choice Check box - This allows a user to select multiple answers
• Scale - Allows user to select a rating for each item available such as rate this from 1 - 10
• Likert - like scale but contains columns by default they are: "Strongly disagree,Disagree,Neither agree nor disagree,Agree,Strongly agree"

4. After you create a question it will be in edit mode. Here you can add an image and answers if the question type has a list of answers.
5. Click "Done", you will now see the question in section design mode.
