maybe "clown"
09930876-n goofball, merry_andrew, buffoon, goof, clown | Palhaços, palhaço
(a person who amuses others by ridiculous behavior)

should map to
(documentation Performer EnglishLanguage "This RelationalAttribute describes an agent of a Performance.")
instead of Human?

I know this is part of a more complicated theory of how occupations, professions and social roles interact, but without solving any of these complicated issues, maybe one can say more than just Human?

@vcvpaiva as you said, is it complicated. If you search for Lawyer in the SigmaKEE, you will find that it is an instance of Attribute, OccupationalRole, Position, Profession, SkilledOccupation, SocialRole etc.

How to classify a clown? In the commit f94fb92 I chose to map to Artist, does it make sense? I am closing this issue.

Elaborate on a formalization of what is a Clown would be another issue.

Simplifying the structure of SUMO regarding occupations, positions, and professions would also be another issue.

@arademaker you have no business closing this issue! if Adam Pease wants to close it, this is fine, but it's not up with you.

I am assuming that @apease is fine with collaborations. If he disagree , I will be happy to follow whatever he prefer to adopt for the collaboration workflow. He can also reopen the issue if he wants to.
