The engine does not allow a topic to have the same locator as both item
identifier and subject identifier. At least, the merging code (merging two
different topic maps) does not allow this, but there might be other checks
for this case elsewhere in the engine. We need to add some test cases to
make sure that the engine behaves correctly.

Added an XTM 2.0 importer test which passes just fine. Also tightened one
existing
merging test
(net.ontopia.topicmaps.utils.test.MergeTMTest.testTopicIsSubjectIndicatorMerge),

which also passed fine. Added a new test, testTopicIsSubjectIndicatorMerge2,
which
fails.
