The PostgreSQL specific searcher implementation is broken due to deprecated function use #447

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set the "net.ontopia.infoset.fulltext.impl.rdbms.RDBMSSearcher.type" rdmbs 
property to "tsearch2" in an application with a PostgreSQL RDBMS backend
2. Execute a fulltext search using the RDBMSSearcher

The produced SQL query will fail:
org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: column "tsearch2" does not exist
  Position: 139

PostgreSQL has integrated the tsearch2 functionality into their core, changing 
function names:
