TMXMLWriter uses a few named prefixes (iso, xtm, tm). All other prefixes are 
automatically generated, leading to possibly long shortcuts [1]. As a user, I 
want to be able to register my own prefixes to improve readability. This can be 
done by relaxing the access level of the existing TMXMLWriter.addPrefix method 
from private to public.

&format=tmxml produces prefixes prefixes like 'psi.ontopia.net' and '_1.0'
