In C it is perfectly valid to do this:

x = /* foobar */ baz;

In ooc, something like this:

x := /* foobar */ baz

causes a malformed statement error.

Shouldn't the encounter of a /* cause the parser to skip over text until a */ is found, regardless of where the comment is?

Verified just now that (with rock HEAD) this still exists. This is helpful for testing, so I would like it to work.

This is strange I thought I saw a line like that in an sdk line... Though as I recall it was not a decl/assign/declassign but a method call... Not sure though :P
