Use autotools properly for vendored boehm gc #768

We should have a prefix not that terrible include/ libs/ thing we have now.

I blame past me.

But seriously, something like that would do just as well (in Rock's makefile)

  mkdir gc-build $(GC_PREFIX)
  (cd gc-build && ../vendor/gc-7.2e/configure --prefix=$(VENDOR_PREFIX) --disable-shared --enable-static --enable-threads && $(MAKE) -j3 && $(MAKE) install)

Then we can use '-lgc' everywhere and get rid of all the madness.

Fixed somewhere in a branch that'll eventually get merged back to 99x. Pinky swear.
