Tries unwrapping ACS even when it's not one #885

Test:

please: func (f: Func) { f() }

please(||
    f := func {
        // woof!
    }
    f()
)

Will fail because it assumes the inner function f is an ACS and it'll try to find the outer function call so it can infer argument types (even though there aren't any but that's irrelevant).
