I've marked as obsolete nettests we're not using anymore.

I've marked as current the ones we run in prod.

I've marked as experimental the ones we may be running in prod
but for which we have not decided whether to promote them to
tests that every user can run with the app or whether we are happy
to just keep them as an option for miniooni users.
