Automatic dependency update information

We're using renovate within all the other SDK repositories, but it seems like, here, we're missing the configuration.

I am curious, if this has a special reason, or if it was simply forgotten?

Simply forgotten 😅 I planned to add it on the past, but forgot it too... I assign the issue to me, so I don't forget it again.
