Implement Actionable Summaries with Priority Levels #220

Design and implement a feature that automatically generates actionable summaries for user study materials. Each summary should extract key points and generate an actionable list with priority rankings (e.g., urgent, high, medium, low). Users must be able to:

  • View and interact with summarized content
  • Mark action items as completed or in progress
  • Edit action items and their priorities
  • Filter summaries by priority or completion status

This feature should integrate with the existing task tracking and analytics modules to provide insight into the effectiveness and timeliness of completed actions. Prioritization logic and user interface components should be extensible for future enhancements.
