svelte-navigator has long been deprecated / it's typescript definitions are not accurate and causing annoying errors that cannot be ignored.
replace with the modern sv-router, which has some nice new features as well / much nicer reactive model.
This needs to be well tested before merging, mostly related to the mod/texture pack features.
