This patch splits messages bigger than the maximum size supported by
portals4 (according to max_msg_size returned by PtlNIInit). It also
assures that all pending PtlTriggeredPut are triggered before
calling PtlCTWait. For bcast, it corrects and simplifies how the
data are split in different segments. And finally, it just modifies
output format.
