we are trying to have your plugin working on our website (as it was some days ago) but on transaction error 1005 appear, openpay support reply after days first saying that your plugin is not compatible with woocommerce 4.6.5 and suggest to downgrade (is this real?) after, today, they say that it is a problem of some archive missing, they suggest to reinstall the plugin, we did and the problem persist.

thanks, please suggest us how to proceed (if there is a way to have it back working as expected)

@giodc sure, no problem.

did you switch from sandbox to production mode when you started to get that "1005" error code? or did you change your Openpay API keys?

What was happening with 1005 error code is that your customers are related with another Customer type in Openpay (when they do a purchase), so when you switched from sandbox to production and tested with a customer that you used in sandbox mode, this customer is not found in production mode in Openpay. That's why i asked you to try with a new account.

So, if you want to use customers in production mode that you already used in sandbox mode you will need to find some records and delete them:

SELECT * FROM wp_usermeta WHERE meta_key LIKE '%openpay%'

thanks for your feedback, on openpay documentation error 1005 say "404 Not Found" A required resource doesn’t exist" (nothing related on what you told me above) also openpay support told us that there was some files missing, they suggest to reinstall the plugin (that obviously wasn't the problem).

Is this important tech detail reflected on OpenPay docs? i cannot find anything on openpay website.

To avoid further issue, what do you suggest? they told us from openpay to do not update worpress and woocommerce, is this the best practice? because for security reasons both wp and wc are updates often, we cannot stay behind with updates because openpay doesn't work with new woocommerce version.

thanks again @fedebalderas

Hello, Federico.
I've found exactly the same error as @giodc on my store. I've contacted support, but they do not seem to have an answer.
Just like Gio, I decided to downgrade to 3.4.3 to see if anything changed. Nothing happened.
I keep getting the 1000 and 1005 error on Woocommerce, and creating a new account doesn't work either.
I've tested in every payment method: cards, convenience store and SPEI, but they all throw the same Woocommerce message.
Is there any change I've missed? I'm back to Woocommerce 5.7.0.

Thanks a lot.

I'm attaching the images of the errors:

@DonJorge que onda, no es necesario hacer un downgrade de WC. Estas en ambiente de sandbox o ya producción? Mira, intenta realizar el pago nuevamente pero creando una cuenta de cliente nueva y me dices si recibes el mismo error.

Ya estamos en ambiente producción. Justo acabo de intentar con una nueva cuenta de Woocommerce, pero igual recibí el error 1005. Incluso usé nombres y correo diferentes, que nunca había registrado nunca en este sitio.
