Deprecate old Azure Monitor Exporter PyPi Package #304
Description
As part of the last step of [#193], we have decided to deprecate the old package and to link the it to a new package for Azure Monitor exporter.
The naming for the new package makes more sense for Azure customers. We also decided to not delete the old package in case there are users already using it.
