When using a xref element that points to the title of a variablelist,
the variablelist's title appears in PDF output, but the page number cannot be resolved or shown: the xref is followed by: "(page ?)". This is not an effect of building with ROOTID, checked that already.

I can confirm that, it's the same result from the current SVN (revision 2573). Will work on it after Studio.
