When deleting the Staging Workflow from a project the staging projects will not get deleted.
The UI offers an option to delete the containing Staging projects.

The API should offer such an switch to so that this will delete the staging workflow with all
subprojects:

osc projectstaging delete home:mstrigl --with-staging-projects
