Clone of https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/10490 (to track everything in Github)

I observed that the package search on software.opensuse.org doesn't know
about the KDE:Extra repository for Tumbleweed (even though it is included
for regular releases):
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Extra/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/

This might be controversial according to @sysrich who isn't a big fan of extra repositories. Where shall we draw the line? Parse some common and trusted repositories or invest the energy into submitting everything to Factory.

If we have trusted repositories, I think we should have quality standards that justify that trust.

There should be engineering standards, checking of the spec file, at least some technical review of the packages, some QA, and perhaps even legal review.

software.o.o/search lists packages from all repos - if you click the "show unstable packages" link even from home repos.

OTOH, it sometimes fails to find some packages (we have more than one report like this), which I'd call a bug. Feel free to hide those repos behind the "show unstable packages" link, but please don't argue with "political" reasons that you don't want to fix this bug ;-)
