复现步骤 Reproduce step

首次离线安装程序，出现无法安装webview2的报错。
第二次，经过离线安装webview2后，可以正常安装translator。

无法正常使用，输入文字后，未显示提交按钮进行翻译

你期望看到什么？What did you expect to see?

未看到报错信息
