Can't quit CLI at login menu

When I start codex & in the process of sign in, I cant quit. I try CTRL + C few times doesn't work, Pres ESC several times doesn't work. I think it should have 3rd option for quit/cancel.

Also I cant copy paste the link, this is because of codex animation, making select text is hard.

Until recently, Ctrl+C canceled the login menu but didn't quit the app. This left users with a prompt that didn't work because they were not authenticated. I agree that it would be better to not honor Ctrl+C here and quit the app.
