Rate limit headers not exposed #5
Description
The SDK hides important headers like X-RateLimit-Remaining and X-RateLimit-Reset.
These are needed for dashboards and retry logic.
Proposal: Expose them in the SDK response metadata (response.meta.rateLimit).
