I got an ad yesterday that had a window title other than "Advertisement" and it wasn't blocked. EZBlocker3 differentiates it from a song, but doesn't go into PlayingAdvertisement state.

Was the ad playing a video ad?

It wasn't, it was just an audio ad that happened to change the window title.
