File could not be deleted (in Web Interface)

Describe the bug

In a space there are files that are not accessible. When trying to delete them, I get the message " could not be deleted"
Details are: X-Request-Id: 567b67ae-6cae-4512-99a9-c63b03657c13

Steps to reproduce

1. List files in the space
2. mark one of these files
3. click on "delete"

Expected behavior

File should be deleted

Actual behavior

The file stays in the folder. Tryping to open it (it are actually pictures) does not work either, this action will not finish)

Setup

OpenCloud versin 4.0.3 is running on an Ubuntu server, nothing special to it

Additional context

Files were added originally to OpenCloud via the Windows App by synchronizing local folders with the server

Could you please share some logs from the browser (response of the failed request in the network tab & console errors) as well as from the server?
