EAT - Consider requiring the "Self-described CBOR" tag #51
Description
The "Self-described CBOR" tag is a magic number (0xd9d9f7) that a decoder/parser can use to determine if a data object has been encoded as CBOR. In the spirit of explicitness the profile could require this tag. See https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc8949#name-self-described-cbor for more rationale.
