If a group of RDF triples is of BioModels.Net qualifier type, then we should render the RDF triples using a view which lists the qualifier, the resource and the id for each RDF triple rather than their subject, predicate and object. In the case of the id, we might also want to add a name which describes the id (this will require resolving the MIRIAM URN and somehow retrieving the name information from the corresponding web page?). Whatever the case, selecting a particular RDF triple row should emit a signal with the MIRIAM URN information for that RDF triple. The idea being that the MIRIAM URN could then be used (after having been resolved into a URL) to retrieve some information about the id in the form of a web page.

This is related to issue #78.

I think that issue #97 was the last issue related to this one and now that it has been implemented, we are also done with the current issue.

Going back to the original description of this issue:

  • If a group of RDF triples is of BioModels.Net qualifier type, then we now render the RDF triples using a view which lists the qualifier, the resource and the id for each RDF triple rather than their subject, predicate and object which remains used if the type of a group of RDF triples is unknown.
  • In the case of the id, it’s next to impossible to retrieve a name which describes the id since resources have different formats.
  • We can look up a qualifier, resource or id.
  • Internally, we use identifiers.org URIs rather than MIRIAM URNs since the latter is to be deprecated.
