Add parameters for oidc authentication in LRS backend client 

## Purpose

LRS backend client only supports basic auth parameters for authentication. LRS specification proposes support of OIDC authentication method.

## Proposal

Implement authentication parameters support for OIDC method in AsyncLRSBackend (and LRSBackend).
