Weekly Communications

The CITE Manager should interact at least weekly with each test lead, the communication can take different forms:

  1. Voice Call
  2. Chat via Skype
  3. Email

Skype Conversation

An organization supporting CITE will have an ongoing Skype conversation, where urgent conversations take place. This is particularly useful when more than one developer from one organizations supports CITE and the conversations needs a fast response. Also, it is useful when the developer or CITE Manager are in a noisy environment or internet is not good to hold a voice call.
