Dirk Stenger (latlon) Lead Compliance Tools
Dirk was born in Buxtehude (Germany) in 1985. He holds a diploma in Geography from the University of Bonn, Germany. Since 2012 Dirk is working at lat/lon as a developer and expert for spatial data infrastructures. His main area of work focuses on the implementation of several OGC Standards such as WMS, WFS, CSW, GML and WCS within the deegree initiative, which provides its implementations of OGC Standards based on an open source license (LGPL). His involvement in the OGC started in 2015. Dirk is responsible for maintenance of the WMS, WFS, GML and WMTS tests (ETS).

Jeff Yuztler GeoPackage lead
Jeff is an architect, systems engineer, and software engineer for Image Matters. He has been working with OGC since 2001 and is currently the chairman of the GeoPackage SWG and a member of the OGC Architecture Board.

Tania is Software Engineer at SensorUp Inc. and she is Research Assistant at the University of Calgary

Luis Bermudez Executive Director Innovation, OGC
Luis is the executive director of the OGC Compliance. Luis has a Ph.D. and M.S. in Environmental Informatics from Drexel University, and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Andes University in Bogota, Colombia. He has 15 years of experience in software development, GIS, knowledge representation, semantic web, data integration and international project management.
