Test wmts:main fails because of invalid Content-Type

Following error occurs:

Test wmts:main type Mandatory default result Passed (s0187)

Assertion: The server returns a valid Capabilities document from a KVP GET or RESTful request, to support further tests in one or more profiles.

Context:
   Label: 
   Value: wmts:server.suite.base

   Mode is Test Mode - get Capabilities Document, validate it, check Bootstrap Prerequisites, get Test Selections.

A sequence of more than one item is not allowed as the first argument of contains() ("nosniff", "application/xml;charset=UTF-8") 
Result: Failed

Fix was implemented and pull request created (#39).
The fix will be merged into master branch when the next release will be created (and testing will have been successful).
