Scott Simmons (OGC) and I agreed that the web version of the standard should reflect the current state of what the SWG has agreed on and that the document should be clean, without any redlines.
I will therefore remove all redlines in the ASCIIDOC as I update it to reflect recent SWG decisions.
Upcoming changes to the policies and procedures will govern how the PDF versions of the document are published.
