[KNX2] KNX DPT 9.007 is not supported #3416

This really is not an issue, as a simple workarround exists by using DPT 9.001 (Temperature) instead of 9.007 (Percent), but in KNX 1.x 9.007 worked as expected.

Maybe this should be included in the documentation

should this issue be closed?
does DTP 9.007 work as expected on OH2.3 with KNXv2 binding?

Yes, it seems https://github.com/openhab/openhab2-addons/pull/3410 fixed this.
