Upgrade Xtext to 2.35.0 #4264

Finally, the Xtext team released v2.35.0. When we upgraded Karaf, only milestone build M1 was available (and M2 on the day of our upgrade was merged ;-) )....
Now we can go for the release build.


* Upgrade Xtext from 2.35.0.M1 to 2.35.0 final release, see release notes:

* Upgrade dependencies
  * Guava from 33.1.0 to 33.2.0
  * Lsp4j from 0.22.0 to 0.23.1
