Broken links in LAYOUT, docs, vendor/packages/south #1790

References to docs.djangoproject.com/en/1.5/..., south.aeracode.org/, and kitsune.readthedocs.org/en/latest/vendor.html are broken.

I don't know about the last two, but the docs for Django 1.5 don't exist at docs.djangoproject.com as far as I can tell. I'd like to clean these up, but I'm not sure how to replace them.
