Broken links in LAYOUT, docs, vendor/packages/south

References to docs.djangoproject.com/en/1.5/..., south.aeracode.org/, and kitsune.readthedocs.org/en/latest/vendor.html are broken.

I don't know about the last two, but the docs for Django 1.5 don't exist at docs.djangoproject.com as far as I can tell. I'd like to clean these up, but I'm not sure how to replace them.

Is it worth updating the README to include something about future plans? That would save everyone some time and effort.
