Rename repository to oid4vc-haip

With the new direction the spec is heading in and to avoid any confusion, it is best to rename the repo to oid4vc-haip

We need to rename the spec file itself and the generated html too, and update the README and maybe other things too.

I agree. We need to change the name of repo and files to cater for the new scope.

"OID" to most people in the identity space stands for Object IDentitifier - the identifiers used in X.509 certificates such as 2.5.29.17 for Subject Alternative Name. We should always be spelling out "OpenID" (or "openid").

Therefore, I would support changing the repository name to "openid4vc-haip" or, being more parallel to our other spec repository names "OpenID4VC-HAIP", but not something with "oid" or "OID".

that's certainly true ;-)

We already use OpenID in the repos for OID4VP and OID4VCI, so I'm ok with the suggested change to "OpenID4VC-HAIP".
